Al-Badr health and fitness club

Designed and organised with an Islamic ethos, Al-Badr is a safe, secure and friendly environment to exercise, socialise and stay fit. The centre has a fully equipped modern gym, cafeteria, crèche, sauna, steam, massage and therapy rooms. Martial Arts are also taught, and individual fitness programmes and diets can be prepared by trained instructors to achieve health targets and goals.

The centre has allocated times for men and women:

Men only:

Women only:

Monday: 0900-1430, 1600-2130
Wednesday: 0900-1430
Thursday: 0900-2100
Saturday: 1000-1400, 1600-2130
